Letter to Santa benefits Make a Wish
I just wanted to share a link with you so you can create an interactive
letter to Santa on your smartboard or computer, you can decorate, draw,
and print your letter. Once your letter is printed put in the mailbox at
Macy's. For every letter written to Santa, $1 will be donated to Make a
wish! Here is the site to write your interactive letter to Santa http://social.macys.com/believe/#/createyourletter Also on the site there is an activity book that can printed and shared
with your students.
Here is an added bonus - if your class is going to the Macy's store to drop off the letters be sure to download the Belive app - its a new augmented reality app that has your kids pose with a picture with one of characters from Yes Virginia there is a Santa Claus.
I did this two years ago with my push in classes and we mailed about 75 letters to Santa - it is a great way to get yourschool involved in a big project that so many of our kids can benefit from.
